Fossil & Fawn makes wines with a natural approach, preferring to let the vineyard to the talking. "Do Nothing" is a fruity, chillable mix of red & white grapes, sourced from dry-farmed, own-rooted vines planted in the 1970s. Whole cluster, carbonically fermented, it's explosively fruity, with a light, bright, rocky palate.
