Kenny Likitprakong created Folk Machine as a home for his Pinot Noirs, later expanding to some of California’s more esoteric grapes. Kenny sources grapes from more than 70 different organically farmed vineyards along the Northern California coast, keeping a sharp eye on quality control.
From 5 grafted acres in Arroyo Seco, the Gamay is harvested at low brix (sugar level). The grapes were pressed with just a minimal amount of skin contact, then fermented with native yeasts in temperature controlled steel to preserve aromatics & flavors.
Fresh and a little savory, with bright, tangy citrus, watermelon, strawberry, and cherry fruits, accented by notes of peonies, thyme, and white pepper before a vivacious, mouthwatering finish.
Gamay. Organic. Natural.
