TASTING NOTES | Offering a nose of citrus, pine cones and a hint of lavender, Solveig combines a creamy entry with an almost ethereal lightness on the palate. The Scandinavian woman’s name Solveig (we pronounce it SOUL-vy, with a silent “g”) has deep Nordic roots, combining the elements “sol” sun and “veig” strength. We love both the history and the sound of Solveig – soulful, strong and bright. Just like our gin.
