Founded in 1980, Famille Paquet is devoted to respecting the soils and biodiversity of the Macconais. Their 30 hectares are split between 50 plots of various soils, exposures and elevation, all organically farmed.
Their Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from hand harvested grapes grown on limestone-based soils, then vinified in steel and aged in steel and neutral French oak.
Bright, fresh, bursting with lemon-lime citrus, green apples, crunchy grapes, and green herbs. Round & aromatic, with good acidity, minerality & structure thanks to the limestone soils.
