Etienne Doué & his wife Bénédicte planted their first vines in Montegeux in 1972. Today, their daughter Virginie is poised to take control of the esate. With 18 months sur lie, it's light, delicate, and fruity, with citrus, white flowers, and peachy notes. A low-temp ferment in steel preserves all the purity & freshness of the fruit.
