Eric Bordelet was one of the prominent faces of Paris’ wine scene back in the 1980s. After running the wine program at l’Arpège (3-Michelin Stars), Bordelet returned to his native Normandy in the early ‘90s to create world-class ciders. This decision came from the encouragement of his good friend and renowned winemaker, Didier Dagueneau. Today, Bordelet farms seven hectares of terraced orchards of apples and pears, which are home to more than thirty heirloom varieties. This ‘Sidre Brut’ NV is tart and light-bodied, marked by clean flavors of tart apple, caramel, and well-integrated oak. Low-ABV, easy-drinking, and absolutely delicious!
