Ercole champions the unsung heroes of Italian wine, the growers who take on the Herculean task of working the vines. Made by a local co-op of growers in Monferrato, the vines grow on a mix of clay & chalky soils. Tart grapefruit, candied peach, honey, & stone, with layers of green apple, pear, & tropical fruit. Fun, juicy, & mouthwatering, the sweetness is tempered by a balanced acidity.
