Emile Paris first bottled his Champange in 1884, but the house closed its doors when World War 2 ramped up in 1940. Nearly 75 years later, négociant Patrick Bigar revived the estate and began bottling under the name "Emile Paris" in 2017. Mostly red grapes, with a little Chardonnay. Fresh and delicate with toasted brioche, red apples, lemon curd, and white flowers. Just lovely.
50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay
