Christos Zafeirakis planted his first organic vineyard in 2005 in Tyrnavos, where his family has grown grapes for over a century. After studying winemaking in Athens & Italy, he returned to Thessaly to expand the family’s holdings to 8 hectares.
Grown on clay soils, this Assyrtiko is indigenously fermented & aged in stainless steel.
Vanilla blossom, meadow wildflowers, creamy lemon curd, salted lime, and beeswax.
