The Domaine's Cuvée embodies our vision of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Coming from sandy and gravelly soils, it is a rounded wine with aromas of red fruits reminiscent of raspberry or redcurrant, with a lively presence that allows it to be enjoyed at any time. It is a wine for all meals, which will pair well with starters, white meats, and even fish if served at the right temperature.
The Domaine cuvée represents the majority of our production. It reflects our image of Saint Nicholas with a blend of plots from across the appellation. Fruit preservation and balance are the key words in the production of this wine, which aims to be versatile.
