Brothers Olivier and Pierre-Yves Fichet took control of the family estate in 1988. Olivier makes the wine, and Pierre-Yves manages the vineyards. This is a classic Burgundian Pinot Noir, grown on a mix of clay and limestone soils. Vibrant red fruit mingles with earthy and savory nuances. Neutral oak keeps the fruit clean, with bright red cherry and raspberry.
