Pale yellow color with hints of green on the rim. First aromas of pineapple and lemon zest, then richer aromas of ginger and citrus come to the fore. Silky and elegant, it opens and develops harmoniously in the mouth. It is fresh and fruity with a solid acidity. It pairs well with rich poultry dishes and has a good aging potential.
Domaine du Petit-Métris is situated on the edge of the prestigious Quarts de Chaume cru, and as a result the wines are gloriously rich and aromatic with great staying power.The Savennières comes from a prime two hectare plot of Chenin Blanc called ‘Clos de la Marche’ and has a lovely rich, mouth-filling style.
