Domaine du Mouton Noir is a relatively young winery named after black sheep. Over the years, the company's founder, Julien, gained experience and worked in several wineries. Today, the total area of vineyards is 9 hectares, they are spread out in the areas of Chancey and Vernou-sur-Brenne. Each stage of production, from growing grapes to bottling, is under the personal control of Julien.
