In the heart of the Cévennes, and with its 25 hectares of vines in AOP Languedoc, AOP Sommières and IGP Cévennes, the Domaine de Coursac offers varied wines, produced from limestone soils and gravettes (small rocks).
The wines are fruity and spicy, thanks in part to the sunny climate. Surrounded by scrubland, the vineyards are organically farmed, and the estate is certified biodynamic by the DEMETER label.
