DoReMi is a natural wine project based in Kakheti, Georgia, committed to reviving traditional Georgian winemaking. Founded by Mamumka and Giorgio, the goal from the beginning was to work with native grape varieties like Rkatsiteli, Kisi, and Saperavi. In the cellar things are kept traditional and primitive, using qvevri for fermentation and aging. The farming is organic and completely free of chemicals, and the wines are made with zero additives. These wines are wild, textural, and deeply expressive, often featuring extended skin contact and oxidative complexity.
