DO Ferreiro farms over 175 tiny plots in the Salnès region of Rías Baixes. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented with native yeasts before aging in steel for 6 months on the lees. Sea spray, white flowers, granny smith apple, & yellow plum. Vibrant, mineral-tinged citrus, juicy pear, & meyer lemon, with an herbal, tarragon flair.
