Boss Méles Augustín Normil was originally a master craftsman specializing in metal working & engineering cane presses who began distilling as a side hobby.
Made in the traditional local style where the vinasse (dense, flavorful leftovers from distillation) are used to help kickstart the next fermentation with fresh cane syrup.
Bold & funky, with notes or rich toffee, honey, savory tropical fruit, cinnamon, young tree bark & sap, green peppercorn, & brûléed sugar. Great on its own, but makes an incredible daiquiri.
