This devilishly good Pisco is made from a blend of Quebranta, Albilla, Italia, Torontel, & Moscatel grapes, grown in the Tacoma Vineyard in the Valley of Ica, Peru.
Floral notes of roses, orange blossom, & bergamot join ripe pears, bananas, clementines, apricots, rum, blond tobacco, & sugar cane.
Makes a killer Pisco Sour, Chilcano, or El Capitán, but definitely try it in place of rum in a Mojito (aka Mosquito).
