Made as a traditional Spanish 'Vermut de Reus' this Catalonian staple has just as deep and storied a history as its classic counterparts in Turin & Chambéry - this expression is made in partnership with local winemakers in Tarragona. The white wine base is infused with 88 botanicals including wormwood and rosemary to orange peel, gentian root, cinnamon, clove, and plenty of native Mediterranean herbs, fortified with grape eau de vie and then it is all aged in French Oak for added structure and harmony. Serve it the classic way - well chilled with olives and orange slices or mix it up in negronis and other spritzes and cocktails.
