Traveling winemakers and Chicago natives Michael and Jennifer Kush were stranded in New Zealand when Covid 19 hit in 2020. They resourcefully decided to expand their lineup with this NZ SB. Partially aged in oak barrels for complex tropical fruit, citrus, snow pea and minerally notes, with a crisp acidity, creamy texture, and long finish.
