Seven generations of the Bolet family has cultivated vineyards in Penedès, but didn’t bottle under their own name until 1982. Today their 66 hectares are farmed organically, and wines are crafted with minimal intervention winemaking.
The vineyards are located in Castellví de la Marca at varying altitudes, on gravel-rich soils. Gently pressed, with 15 day spontaneous fermentation in steel, with secondary fermentation on the lees in bottle for 12 months.
An easy-drinking Cava with notes of red & green apple, anise, brioche, and zesty citrus. Fruity & well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity, & round, elegant finish.
50% Xarel-lo, 40% Macabeo, 10% Parellada. Organic.
