The Mariol family has been dedicated to the wine business in Terra Alta, Catalonia for over 100 years. A white vermouth using the family’s traditional recipe based on Macabeo grapes, with over 150 herbs, spices, & botanicals.
Green mint, bitter lemon zest, fresh field flowers, bittersweet grapefruit, candied orange peel, anise, & fennel, with a vanilla finish.
Balanced, fresh, vibrant, & herbaceous, it’s perfect with a chill or over ice. Just add a splash of soda & citrus peel or a Castelvetrano olive.
