Calabrese Grapes used Calabrese in purity, the grapes are grown in the territory of Francavilla Angitola at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level on natural terraces with a spurred cordon training system, production per hectare in 50 quintals under organic conditions. Vineyard age 22 years. After a careful selection, the grapes face the destemming, cold maceration for 24 hours then racking and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging on the noble lees for 6 months.
