Traditional Spanish vermouth made by cold-macerating 20 secret botanicals. Notes of vanilla & cinnamon, but ultra dry. Ginger, mint, chamomile, wormwood, coriander, bitter orange, elderflower, yarrow, etc. Versatile stuff that can be drunk neat with a twist or with soda. Or perhaps there exists some kind of "cocktail" that would benefit from dry vermouth.
