Fermented with native yeast and aged in stainless steel, it’s bright and lifted—pink citrus, watermelon rind, wild herbs—with a gentle saline finish that reflects its proximity to the coast. A totally unfussy, deeply refreshing bottle from one of Cerasuolo’s most quietly compelling estates. 12% ABV. Limited.
