Distilled from 100% rye grain then aged 24-30 months in American oak. On the softer end of the rye spectrum, with dried apricot, vanilla, cinnamon, easy citrus, creamy toffee and vanilla. A touch of peppery spices, smoke, and oak make this a great rye for cocktails or hot days on the porch over ice.
