Owned by the Suriol family from Can Suriol, Azimut sources grapes from their neighbors in the Penedes. Their Negre comes from 5 hectares of 20+ year-old vines. Indigenously fermented then aged in concrete for 8-15 months with an additional 3 months after blending. Black cherry, blackcurrant, & mulberry, with hints of tobacco leaf, humidor, and smoldering campfire. BBQ wine.
