A single vineyard rosé from the most-southerly sub-region of Alexandra, Central Otago. Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed and barrel fermented in neutral French oak until spring.
Delicate red fruits, floral aromas & a flinty stone character. Flavors of ripe cherries & strawberries, red apple, peach & rose petal. Deep & precise from the firm acidity, with a rich texture & long finish.
