After working for major wine importers in Asia & New York for several years, Anthony Aubert convinced old schoolmate & wine lover Jean-Charles Mathieu to start a winery with him in 2018. The duo sources grapes from the diverse terroir of Languedoc-Rousillon, making modern, fresh wines from sustainable, organic, & biodiverse vineyards.
This blend comes from high altitude, Mediterranean, clay & limestone vineyards. The grapes are destemmed & aged 12 months
Powerful & complex notes of raspberry jam & blackberries accented by savory black pepper, tapenade, tarragon, spice, & garrigue. The nice minerality leads to a textural finish of velvety tannins.
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre. Organic.
