Garfish (aka Melone Melone) are sweet delicate fish caught and canned fresh from the Atlantic when they’re close to shore in Matosinhos, Portugal. Similar to Mackerel, they are rich in fatty omega 3s, high quality protein, vitamins important for a well functioning metabolism (especially B vitamins and iodine), and nutrients good for healthy bones (vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus). This little tin is a super rockstar tin.
