Production: Elaborated by Celler Ardèvol in the village of Porrera, in the heart of the Priorat wine region. The grapes are sourced from steep slopes around the village of Porrera. Aged for 16 months in 225 liter fine-grained French Allier, new and used. The vineyards have very low yields and are based on organic and biodynamic principles with no herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. A wine at one with nature and a true expression of the land's identity.
Deep, intense, sweet dark fruits, mineral and spice. Ripe, warm, spice, violets, sweet cherry notes. The tannins are soft and silky but firm, the oak is well integrated. Finishing clean and long.
