Pinot reigns supreme at Anne Amie, where Pinots Noir, Blanc & Gris form the heart of the production. Hand harvest grapes were cold-soaked with extended maceration on the skins before aging on the lees in new & used French oak barrels for 8 months before blending.
Aromas of red cherry, strawberry, sassafras, cardamom, and fig, with clove, baking spice, and cola joining on the palate. A peppery lift & leather add a savory component, before a long, smooth finish rounded out with dusty tannins & acidity.
