Elisabetta Foradori is a champion of Teraldago at her family’s estate in Alto Adige. Ampeleia is her side project along with friends Giovanni Podini & Thomas Widmann, that explores the potential of Maremma’s mineral rich hills.
Unlitro conjures up the conviviality & joy of being together. From young vineyards sloping down to the sea, surrounded by woodlands and olive groves. Grapes are macerated on the skins for 2-3 days, then aged 6 months in concrete.
