"Ak Zanj" in Haitian Creole translates to "without angels", a nod to the thirsty spirits that drink some of the evaporated rum. Distilled in a 60+ year-old column still and aged in limousine oak, this is almost exclusively Madam Mueze sugar cane. Deep caramel & savory fruit, with hints of honey & nutty vanilla.
