Francesc Grimalt & Servio Caballero started 4 Kilos in 2006, vinifying their first vintage on a sheep farm. This carbonic, no-sulfur-added wine is named for Francesc's father, who worked in the auto industry. Straight up juicy raspberry punch, it's bright, wild, & refreshing. 50+ year old vines, aged in clay amphorae.
