The Pezzuoli family has made Lambrusco near Moderna since 1932, with a recent conversion to more sustainable & organic methods. All estate grapes grow at 400m on flat, fertile, mineral-rich soils. The charmat method brings a beautiful pink foam, laced with cherry & blackberry, citrus & rose petal. Fresh, harmonious, & velvety, with a touch of smoke, mild spice, and nice tannic structure.
