Italian for "artichoke", Carciofo is based on a tradtional Italian recipe, dating back to 1911. Don Ciccio uses 3 types of California artichokes, along with cardoon (aka artichoke thistle), grapefruit, & 18 other botanicals to create this herbal concoction. A great alternative to Cynar, it's spicy, savory, long & complex. Great in savory cocktails like Americanos or Negronis.
