The Georgas family counts more than 380 years of winegrowing in Spata, the ancestral home of Retsina. Retsina is made with the local Savatiano grape, which is fermented with fresh, local pine resin, as an homage to ancient techniques of sealing clay amphorae. Citrusy & herbaceous, salty & nutty, with notes of pine and a racy, crisp acidity.
