Leonardo Erazo created A Los Viñateros Bravos to pay tribute to the non-industrial small farmers of the Itata Valley. These are very old (100+ year) bush vines, never irrigated or fertilized. Hand picked, fermented on the skins with ambient yeasts, and aged in concrete. Papaya, white melon, freesia, and orange blossom, with a savory white pepper and nutty finish. Unfiltered.
