"Tecolote" is a nickname for the villagers from Santa Cruz, Jalisco, Maria's hometown, and pays homage to the late nights the crew picks these grapes. Cherry juice, berry spice, tropical fruit, tiny strawberries, with a crisp acidity and firm crunch.
