The Voirin & Jumel families had been making Champagne independently for decades when Francoise Jumel married Gilles Voirin in the early 1970s, merging the two estates. This is the grower estate's flagship wine, a blend of 50% Chardonnay from the Côtes des Blancs & 50% Pinot Noir from Vallée de la Marne. Quince, butterscotch, bread dough, candied ginger, pear, and tangerine, with the perfect amount of acidity to balance out. Aged 3 years on the lees.
