Hans & Uli Setzer farm their vines on high-elevation loess, sand, & gravel soils at 900+ meters. The elevation is readily apparent, with a bright acidity & floral notes along with the typical Grüner flavors of straw, white pepper, wheat, and savory, salty, slate-y notes. Look for apple, grapefruit, a slightly creamy texture, and lip-smacking finish.
