Founded in the 1970s by Odette & René Bastide, Chateau Pesquié is now in the hands of their grandsons Alex & Fred Chaudière, who have worked to convert the 100 hectare estate to organic & biodynamic methods.
From 30-60 year old vines grown on clay-limestone soils in the shadow of Mt. Ventoux. Hand-harvested & destemmed, before natural fermentation in steel. Aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aromas of white flowers and citrus, with honeyed peach, grilled lime, grapefruit, and lychee. A salty minerality and silky texture lead to a mouthwateringly crisp finish.
Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette. Organic.
