Biodynamically grown Verdejo & Sauvignon Blanc grapes are naturally fermented on the skins for 5-7 days in clay vessels & 4000L neutral French oak before aging in 3000L foudres for 8 months. Orange blossom, tropical fruit, dried citrus peel, black tea, & preserved apricots. Juicy, zippy, & a tiny bit herbaceous.
