Paolo Petrilli has 11 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, planted with only local varieties, like Nero di Troia, Aglianico, & Bombino Bianco. In addition to the wines, Paolo is also known for his exceptional heirloom tomatoes & pastas.
This rosé is all Nero di Troia, grown on stony, chalky soils amid local wild flora. The hand-picked grapes rest 6 months on the lees in barrique & steel.
Fresh, fruity, & zesty, with notes of raspberry, watermelon, tart cherry, pink lemonade, & a bright hint of spice. Perfect for a picnic.
