Since the 1970s, the Ronca family has tended the vines on the gentle hills near Sommacampagna in the Veneto. Over the years, they’ve converted to farming their 12 hectares of wine grapes & kiwis with organic methods.
From vineyards south of Lake Garda, where the morainic terroir creates wines rich with a bright minerality. Partially maceration on the skins at cool temperatures for a few hours to extract color & tannin. Aged on the lees 4 months in steel with 1 month in bottle
Light & racy, subtly fruity with notes of strawberry, raspberry, mirabelle plum, nectarine, and lemon verbena. Fresh & pleasantly savory, with a balanced acidity.
