Drinks like a rustic Beaujolais—juicy cherry, olives, thyme, and cigar box. "Lo-fi" refers to their "less is more" principle of winemaking, and thus they aim for as natural an expression as can be managed. Like the pops & crackles of listening to an old, favorite, well-worn vinyl. So so good.
