The original Italian Bitter of Turin recipe, created in the 1860s, Gran Classico is made from a maceration of 25 herbs, fruits, & roots.
Rhubarb dominates upfront, with gentian, orange peel, vanilla, & a piney-resiny quality. Deeply layered & delightfully bittersweet, it makes an incredible (if not so-vividly-red) Negroni. Also delicious straight with an orange peel, or use to replace any bitter aperitivo in your favorite cocktail.
