Grapes for this Chenin come from the Happy Canyon & Jurassic Park vineyards, from clay loam & limestone laden sandy soils. Aged in neutral French oak for 7 months, then racked to stainless steel to finish up.
Juicy pear, green apple, chalk, & wet rocks dominate the palate. Racy, refreshing, minerally, & inviting.
