The year-that-will-not-be-named was rough on a lot of wineries, so no other producer purchased grapes from the Provisor Vineyard in Lytton Springs. Leo made a deal for all of the grapes, but when the Wallbridge Fire hit, he pivoted to rosé to avoid smoik taint. Fermented indigenously, it was quickly pressed and aged 4 months in neutral barrels to maintain a bright freshness. Strawberry, grapefruit, orange blossom, and crushed rock. At least one good thing came from 2020!
Grenache. Organic.
